Cancellation Policy

Modifications to reservations are contingent on availability, and additional fees may be applied.

Trip Cancellation:

  • All initial payments made for bookings are non-refundable.
  • If the cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the scheduled trip start time, the customer will receive an 80% refund.
  • There is no refund option if the cancellation happens within 72 hours before the trip starting time.

Trip Time & Date Reschedule:

  • The customer has the right to reschedule the trip date and time once up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
  • If the reschedule request is made within 72 hours of the trip start time, it is subject to availability.If rescheduling is not feasible, the cancellation policy terms will apply.

No Show & Missed Trips:

  • If the customer fails to inform us about the cancellation of the reservation, there is no refund available.
  • There is no refund option if the customer misses the scheduled trip date and time (no-show).

Cancellation From Our Side:

  • We may cancel the reservation if an unforeseen event occurs beyond our control, such as adverse weather, mechanical breakdown, Coast Guard restrictions, or new legislation. We will provide alternatives or reschedule the trip on another day, and if not accepted, a full refund will be issued.

Booking Confirmation:

  • The customer will receive a detailed confirmation message via email, WhatsApp, or phone call after the reservation has been confirmed.
  • If the product is unavailable due to a malfunction, maintenance, or any other reason, we will offer an alternative product. If the customer refuses the alternative, we will refund the full amount to the customer.

Cancellation Policy On High Demand Days:

  • On Saturdays and Sundays (high demand days), there is no refund option for canceled bookings made at the customer’s request.
